EXPERT WITNESS, DELAY ANALYSIS
Sercan is a delay expert with 15 years of experience in the construction and engineering industries with keen interest in renewable energy projects in Latin America.
He has been appointed as delay expert in eight occasions. As Founder, Sercan also oversees the day-to-day operation of the firm.
