Problem Identification
Our work begins with a rapid assessment of the issues in dispute to provide a fact-based view of strengths of and risks in our client’s case. In this stage, we hold meetings with our client and their counsel, conduct interviews with key project personnel, and undertake a preliminary review of available records.
Technical Analysis
In this stage, we investigate the factual evidence available for review, and request further project documents relevant to our analysis as necessary. We then undertake a research in relation to the key delay issues, and prepare schedule analyses to establish the incident, extent and causes of the delays to the critical path.
Presentation of Findings
In this stage, we prepare written reports, graphics and and slide decks to concisely and effectively communicate the factual evidence, methodology, and assumptions that underlie our findings to our clients and their counsel.
Expert Testimony
During dispute resolution proceedings, we present the basis and rationale for our opinions in a persuasive and effective manner such that the trier of fact understands them as well as we do.
